New York State Police troopers from Catskill arrested East Northport resident Joseph Scutellaro, 52, on Saturday, Sept. 28, when he committed a traffic violation on Route 23 in Cairo.
During the subsequent traffic stop, it was determined that Scutellaro was allegedly under the influence of alcohol and he was arrested. Scutellaro was charged with felony aggravated DWI and has since been released. No return court date has been announced by New York State Police.
